The best cleaning robot vacuum and mop Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a great option for those looking for an affordable robot vacuum and mop. It has a great mopping capability, but it lacks some of the advanced features found in its more expensive sibling.

During testing it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats out of medium-pile carpets. However, like cheaper models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to determine the layout of your home.

Roomba s9+ from iRobot

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. It is a powerful cleaner and a variety of features that include the self-emptying dirt container built into its charging base. It can also learn your habits of cleaning and suggest automated schedules to ensure you have a hands-free experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automatic cleaning functions at the click of the button. You can choose a general clean that prioritizes getting rid of larger pieces of debris such as rice and cereal, or opt for two thorough maps of your space to ensure that your entire home gets a proper look.

This robot vacuum performs well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It can remove pet hair and also suck large objects up. It doesn't lose suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It does have a hard time with high-pile or plush carpet, however iRobot claims it will improve with future models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba that uses a flat-fronted D-shaped design. Its smart navigation system employs sensors that remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology to map the interior. It then cleans your entire home efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and set cleaning times, as well as create virtual boundary markers, so that it can recognize areas that need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

What really makes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to operate almost autonomously with very little need for user intervention. The robo-vac has a multifunction dock that can automatically transfer physical trash to the hidden bin and washes and drys mop pads and replenishes its clean water tank. The app is capable of nagging you only when something requires attention, like the clean water tank running low or a scheduled vacuuming session being cancelled due to a full dust bin.

You can also create or combine rooms to customize the way that Q Revo handles your home. This feature is helpful for those who have different flooring in different areas of your house or in the event that you have to regularly clear out clutter such as clothes, toys and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the best selling robot vacuum and mop performers in my tests, picking up debris on both carpets as well as hardwood floors on the first attempt. It can even vacuum up wet spills however I would recommend cleaning them off with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

Additionally, it comes with a larger dustbin that is more durable and can hold more debris, making it easier to empty it when needed.

The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant and an app that is functional even if you are not at home. It also comes with a smart routing feature that allows it to clean specific rooms or areas of your home, instead of following a set path.

The X2 Omni is the most effective mopping robot. Its rotating mop pads remove tough stains and its motor creates plenty of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also outstanding, and it also increases suction when it senses carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It also has a massive battery that can last for weeks between charges, and its mopping mode is as powerful as anything we've seen in an ordinary robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot mop and vacuum is a premium model that offers a number of convenience features not often found on robots in this price range. It has the ability to create precise floor maps, recognize various flooring types, and it's one of the few robots that automatically wash and dry its mop pads. These features are nice but they also make the L10s more of a premium category. This could mean it's more expensive than homeowners need.
