Kin Yat is solely responsible for the accuracy and sufficiency of this verification.

4.2.1 Kin Yat shall use only materials and components that have been approved by iRobot for the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications that include any specifications, engineering modifications or amendments thereto. Kin Yat is responsible for keeping all documentation indicating compliance of its suppliers from third parties with the Material Declaration Requirements.

4.2.2 Kin Yat shall monitor and report monthly to irobot vacuum mop the percent of Purchase Orders that are completed on time, as per the definition of On-time by iRobot, which includes the delivery of all parts, materials and other products that are ordered for delivery by iRobot within the Lead Time and any shipping dates that are required as specified in the relevant Specifications for Products. Kin Yat shall also maintain documents and records of all Supplier Quality Assurance activities, testing and evaluations.
